BRAND NEW!! First Birthday Cupcake TuTu Dress

 Just added this new little dress to the shop.

 I just love it. Wish I had more, but I only have two of these dresses. Isn't it just so adorable? I wish Penelope was going to be turning one instead of three this summer. :)
