OK, and now that that's done... Here are a few more pictures.

The Food Table

Coconut Cake with glittery Fox, tree, and glittery candle

Goody Bags contained little mints and had twig colored pencils attached with Bakers Twine
(They also got to take home their fox masks as part of their goody bag.)

Fox Bean Bag Game

Pin the tail on the Fox Game

Friends in Fox masks I had them all ready to go except for the bows.
Each girl picked the color of bow she wanted for her mask, and I real quick hot glued them on.

Snowflakes hung from our dining room light and from the curtain rod in front of the windows.

Wish you could smell these. They were gorgeous and smelled awesome!!

A little random décor- I added gold glitter ribbon to my shelf for extra sparkle.
( I just added it with sticky tack.)

Had some extra gold glitter paper that I cut into a cute little fox silhouette
I also added gold glitter ribbon to my frame. Just cut to fit and attached with sticky tack.

We ended the party with hot chocolate with whip cream and sprinkles.

Here is a shot of the party room the night before. I missed getting a full room pic the day of.

Last, but not least...a picture of my birthday girl. Happy Birthday Ella!!

Mermaid Party- Penelope's 3rd Birthday

My youngest turned 3 this past week. She has been watching a lot of Diego and loves the Mermaid episode. She tells me all the time that, "Mermaids are the heroes of the ocean." That girl cracks me up. But when she chose a Purple Mermaid theme for her birthday this year, I was so excited. I have been making mermaid shirts for my shop for years, but this is the first real mermaid party that I've done. Still we just did a small family party at the beach on vacation, and another even smaller just sibling party at home on her real birthday. So I kept everything super simple, but I think it still turned out super sweet.
Kristen, at Mary Had a Little Party has been creating awesome party decorations to go with my mermaid for awhile now and I was so excited to get to see it all in person. LOVE the hat. It was so cute. Penelope was especially excited that everything sparkled. :)

Vendors/Credits
Enchanted Mermaid Cupcake toppers and Party Hat from Mary Had a Little Party
Aqua and Green striped Straws from Dime Store Buddy
The Paper Garland, Purple Balloons and Tissue Paper Fan Circles came from Target
(The center one- I added a little sparkly tulle and felt hearts to with hot glue)
Penelope's shirt is the Enchanted Mermaid shirt from my shop, Perry Jayne
Cupcakes came from our grocery store bakery- (for the ones with sprinkles - I just poured sprinkles on a plate and smooshed the cupcakes down on them!!)
Cupcake stand was thrifted and spray painted white.
Anything else you're wondering about you can probably find what I did... or wish I would have had time to do on my Pinterest board for her party.

Funny story... the first set of cupcakes bought while at the beach met their demise on the floor of my husbands truck. LOL. Now they didn't leave the box, but they were not fit for pictures....and we ate them anyway. :) I kind of wanted to take pics on the beach, but she was tired and it was hot. We made do with pictures on the balcony and that was just fine. However, she smiled for a few pictures and then was grouchy so there aren't a lot of pictures.

My sweet beachy birthday girl!

We celebrated at the beach right after her nap and she was a little sleepy still.

Now all these pics below were taken on her actual birthday here at home!
This is what I got when I asked her to smile for a birthday picture. She said, "How 'bout I make silly faces like 'dis?"

A fun birthday treat with her brother and sister! She picked out those lemon cookies at the grocery store. HAD to have them. Licked the icing off and tossed out the cookie. That girl! :)

Blowing out the birthday candles. Yea!

She is a sweet terrible mess and I just love her!

Little House on the Prairie Party

She is just so pretty as a little prairie girl.

This beautiful girl turned 7
and requested a "Little House on the Prairie" Party.
At first she was torn between My Little Pony and La La Loopsy, but finally settled on "Little House". We've been reading Laura Ingalls Wilder books for awhile now before bed at night. Ella has really gotten to love the stories.

I ordered some fabric from Hawthorne Threads and used some from my stash to make Ella's shirt and skirt, birthday banners, and bonnets for all the girls.
The three new fabrics I got were:

I found this sweet quote from Laura Ingalls Wilder that I used to make a little graphic in PicMonkey.
I made a big sign with it on our mantle and then printed small ones out for the goody bags.

I used the Red Lantern that I bought for Hudson's Camping Party, some flowers, and candles I had on hand for a center piece on top of some old doilies and a vintage table cloth I picked up at a thrift store in college. And layered that all on top of a red checked vinyl table cloth that I got at Target years ago.

I found a great little coloring sheet for the girls to work on while waiting for guests to all arrive.
I bought some popcorn flavor shakers from the grocery store and just peeled off their labels and made my own pretty ones and just taped them on. The girls got scoops of popcorn in simple brown paper sacks and then got to shake in their favorite topping.
That empty spot to the right of the strawberries was filled with apples, but I took this pick awhile before the party and I didn't want them to get brown.
The plate is from Hobby Lobby. I love it. Really wish they would have had more pieces to go with it.

Here's a shot of Ella's birthday outfit. I am in love with that big floral. So pretty. I will be hoarding the last bits of that fabric for something special.

The punch was 4 cans of frozen Pink Lemonade, with four cans of water and 2 (2 liter) bottles of Sprite. I also, sliced on lemon and threw them in there. It was delicious. I couldn't stop drinking it. I got the cute straws from Dime Store Buddy on Etsy.

This was Ella's Candy Store. We probably could have had more candy to choose from, but it worked out just fine. We gave the girls printed circles that we called "pioneer coins" that they exchanged for candy. (I wanted to do pennies, but I forgot to run by the bank.) Then Ella just scooped candy into their paper sacks and I tied them with twine. These also served as their "goody bags", and they also got to take home their bonnets.

We played a clothespin game that I found on pinterest. We played it at a relay, and I think the girls enjoyed it.

The cake was a just a simple cake from our neighborhood grocery store. I usually try to make the cakes myself, but just ran out of time. I did make a little fabric banner that I attached to some pretty striped straws and found a sparkly #7 for her blow out. :)

Ella enjoying some yummy punch!

Ella with some of her friends! One of the moms texted me later on and said her daughter wore her bonnet to the grocery store and to church the next day. That made me smile! Glad they liked them.
Another mom said that her daughter insisted they check out "Little House on the Prairie" from the Library. So I think overall it was a hit!

You should be able to click on the image below and then be able to print it. Let me know if you have any trouble with it.

Camo Camping Party- Hudson's 5th Birthday

My middle kiddo, Hudson, turned 5 beginning of August. He was wanting a Camouflage Camping theme this year. He is ALL boy that is for sure. He loves anything camo, army, cowboy, camping, knights, pirates, etc. This theme was fun and not too hard to pull off.
We had a lot of fun... until that is my youngest puked on the kitchen floor during cutting the cake. THAT did put a damper on things. I told her it was a major party foul. But because of that I missed getting very many pics of the kiddos. Really meant to get a group shot, but I was busy bathing a pukey 2 yr old and then holding her wrapped in her blanket for the rest of the evening.

Party Details
Red Lantern, Camo plate, & $1 flashlights for the goody bags- Walmart
Green napkins- Ikea
Large white Frame- Target
Cake Stand- Pottery Barn
Box Cake with homemade Chocolate Icing
Rice Crispy Smores Recipe found here
Burlap, Trees, Scrapbooking paper,  Letter "H" and tiny wood pine tree- Hobby Lobby
Camping shirt- Perry Jayne - me :)
I made the Paper tags for the goody bags and things in Publisher.
For all the ideas I didn't have time to do,  you can visit my Pinterest Board

The little tent on the right there is just cardboard covered in camo fabric and then a cardboard "5" glued on. The grass is just a bit of felt that I cut up. The flag on top is felt that I hot glued on too.
I missed getting pics of the all the food, but the menu for the evening was:
Sloppy Joes (I also added a couple cans of baked beans to mine)
Hot Dogs
Chips
Pickles
Veggies with ranch dip

Snagged these pine cones from the school's pick up line (It's lined with tons of pine trees). Then just hot glued them to some twine.
In the goody bags, I put Trail Mix and Flashlights.

Here's a pic of Huds helping me fill the goody bags. He was so sweet to help.

Hudson wanted his tent on the back porch for his friends to play in. I made sure to put some bug spray out there for them too.

Hudson got some camo paint from one of his friends and had to try it out immediately. :)

 Hudson with his cake.
Orginally I was going to plan some games, but the kiddos seemed to have fun just playing in the backyard.

Last, I'll leave you with a few pics of our family celebration, we had on his actual birthday last week.
