Snowy Day Post Office

So it was a yucky, cold, snowy day on Thursday. I was feeling like I was gonna pull out my hair if I didn't find something for my kids to do. I was on the phone with my good friend Shelly and she suggested a little game of Post Office.

So I quickly threw together some pretend mail and corresponding "addresses" to post on our hallway doors.




The result was a fun little round of Post Office. Followed by a 3 year old throwing a temper tantrum and hiding of all said mail....Oh well. Some projects just don't turn out like you plan.
Check out Shelly's Post Office Game on her blog. Her daughter LOVED it and played with hers for 3 hours. The quality of her Mail Set she made probably made a big difference. :)
