I used the tutorial I found on Prudent Baby and just changed it up a bit. Instead of embroidering the letter on, I appliqued a letter on instead. I think This little "P" looks sweet on my little Penelope. Don't you agree?

Adorable--both the hair clip and “Penelope”. And such a creative yet simple idea! I'll definitely have to try making hair clips for my niece. Wooh! I can't wait! :)
