I love this little Flutter Dress. I got the fabric cut out and then that's where things got tricky. This pattern in AWFUL when it comes to directions.
Kathy over at Handmade Dress Haven has an awesome tutorial that makes it SO much easier.
I still need to get better pics with Ella modeling it and then I also need to make one for Little Sister.
