Summer Dress

One of my very closest friends sent me a make-shift pattern for this adorable dress. It only took me an afternoon and I LOVE it. Now my sewing skills are gradually improving, so don't look too close at those seams, but the overall result is super cute, I think. Of course I couldn't convince my daughter to put down the play food while I took a picture. I suppose with all the "modeling" I ask her to do, I'm just lucky she's not crying in this picture. (Believe me I have plenty of those shots, too)
