Today

Well, the Fitness Challenge doesn't officially start until Monday, but I wanted to start making  a few better choices to sort of ease into it. Here's how I did today.

Good Choices: 
  • I ate yogurt and a half sandwich (one slice ham, thin slice cheddar and mustard) for lunch. 
  • I did a 20 minute work out I found online at fitnessmagazine. 
  • Did not have a bedtime snack

Bad Choices: 
  • I ate half of a personal sized-pizza dipped in full fat ranch dressing during the kids naptime with a big glass of sweet tea.
  • I also ate french fries at dinner.
