Good Choices:
- I ate yogurt and a half sandwich (one slice ham, thin slice cheddar and mustard) for lunch.
- I did a 20 minute work out I found online at fitnessmagazine.
- Did not have a bedtime snack
Bad Choices:
- I ate half of a personal sized-pizza dipped in full fat ranch dressing during the kids naptime with a big glass of sweet tea.
- I also ate french fries at dinner.
