Charged with Improper Use of Scissors

My Little Paper Cutter...just cutting away.

 I snapped this picture just moments before she came to me holding this piece of hair.

Apparently, she ran out of paper and snipped her hair. Thankfully, it was just a tiny bit. I'm just afraid of what could happen- Next time.
