New Family Member

Welcome Baby Rodney Dale Dixon III 

Baby Rodney was 9 lbs. 14 oz. and 20 inches long. I was so pleased and happy to be able to go to TX to see my new nephew just a short time after his birth. Almost made me want to have another one....Almost. (I need another year, I think, before we talk about more babies at this house.)

I made my niece, Savannah Grace, a Big Sister shirt and I made my nephew, Baby Rodney, a Lil' Bro' onesie and hat. It was so much fun. I had orginally planned to list these in my etsy shop to make, but hand sewing around little letters is tedious and takes FOREVER. No one would want to pay me what I'd charge to make more of those. :) But I gladly made them for my fam.

I forgot to take pics before I gave them their shirts and so I took them on the dash of the van before we went into my brother's house the night before Baby Rodney was born, so pardon the following picture.
